Shipping
There are two types of orders at Perceive. In-stock items are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days, via DPD in NL and the EU, and PostNL or DHL for international orders. Pre-order items are screen-printed to order in our own studio, these take 1–2 weeks before shipping.
The product page always makes clear which applies. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Returns
As an EU consumer you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return, and another 14 days to send the item back. To be eligible, it must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. If it's been worn or washed, we can't take it back.
Your right of withdrawal applies to sale and discounted items too. The only things we can't accept back are pieces made or personalised to your own specifications.
