WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER? +
Check the size guide on the product page. Note: due to our manual production process, measurements may vary by approximately 2cm. Our items often have a raw, authentic fit.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? +
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? +
Once an order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. If you've made a mistake, please contact us immediately via the contact form to see if we can catch it before processing.

Shipping

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? +
• Netherlands/Belgium: 1-3 working days
• Germany/Austria/Denmark: 2-5 working days
• Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days
Please note that during drops or peak periods (like Black Friday), slight delays may occur.
ARE THERE CUSTOMS FEES? +
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country (e.g., for shipments to the UK). These are not included in our shipping costs.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE? +
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received it within the expected timeframe, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? +
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

1. Contact us first via the contact form with your order number.
2. Once approved, follow our instructions and write "RETURN" clearly on the package.
3. Use a traceable shipping method; return costs are the customer's responsibility.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE? +
Yes! We recommend the **Quick Replacement**: place a new order for the correct size and return the original for a refund. Alternatively, you can use the **Standard Exchange** by sending the item back first. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED? +
Mystery products (Mystery Boxes, Mystery Hoodies) and items sold during special promotions cannot be returned unless stated otherwise in the product description.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE? +
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. It may take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Faulty Items & Care

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED? +
Please report any damaged products within **48 hours** of receipt. Send a photo of the damage via our contact form so we can assist you immediately.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS? +
To maintain the hand-printed quality, always follow the care label instructions inside the garment. We are not liable for damage caused by improper washing or wear and tear.
