yes. free shipping starts at €75 in the netherlands, €100 in belgium, france and germany, and €150 in our other listed eu countries, norway and switzerland. these amounts apply after discounts. we do not offer free shipping to the united kingdom or united states.
once your order ships, you receive tracking information by email. if you cannot find it or think something is wrong, email info@perceive-official.com with your order number.

yes. you have 14 days after the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. you then have another 14 days to send it back. start at account.perceive-official.com. sale items and our standard made-to-order pieces can be returned too.
for a return or cancellation, go to account.perceive-official.com and sign in with your order email. shopify sends you a six-digit code. for an exchange, email info@perceive-official.com. exchanges depend on what is available.
we refund you within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. we can wait until we receive the items or proof that you sent them, whichever happens first. your bank may need extra time to show the refund.

every piece is screen-printed in our own studio in den haag. we work with premium heavyweight blanks and water-based inks built to last and built to look sharp.
