These general terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between DIGITAL GEAR SL (hereinafter "Perceive") and the users who purchase products through this website.

Perceive reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. However, changes will not affect contracts already made before the update.

These terms follow applicable laws related to electronic commerce, consumer protection, and retail trade.

All product information, including descriptions, photos, videos, brand names, and trademarks shown on the Perceive website, are for guidance only.

Size guides are indicative, and actual product measurements may vary slightly (around 2 cm).


/ Before You Buy

Each product page shows a short description, availability, and price.

Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added during checkout.

Products may change slightly in features or components depending on availability but without reducing quality or performance.

Once your order is placed, shipping details cannot be changed.


/ How to Buy

To buy, add products to your cart. You can review your cart anytime before checkout.

You can apply discount codes if available.

During checkout, provide all requested information and select a shipping method.

Complete payment to finalize the purchase.


/ Payment

Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna, MobilePay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and various other third-party payment providers.

Perceive does not store your payment details.

If a payment dispute is found to be fraudulent, you agree to cooperate fully to resolve the issue.

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming your order.


/ Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the package weight, destination, and shipping method. These costs will be shown before purchase.

Please make sure to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Perceive ships within Europe.


/ Receiving Your Order

Check the package and its contents when it arrives.

If the package is damaged or incorrect, note this on the delivery receipt and contact Perceive within 24 hours.

Once you sign for the delivery, you accept the order as delivered.


/ Taxes and Customs

For orders outside the European Union or certain countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


/ Warranties and Liability

We aim to provide high-quality products.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

Perceive is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized changes.

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

All content on the Perceive website, including logos, designs, images, text, and brand names, belongs to Perceive or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
