General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through perceive-official.com. The website and online store are operated by Perceive Official, a business registered in the Netherlands.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

Orders & payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We accept payment via credit and debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll be notified and refunded in full.

An order confirmation email is sent after checkout. Acceptance of your order takes place when the order is dispatched.

Shipping

In-stock items are normally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order items are produced in our own studio and require approximately 5–10 business days production time before dispatch.

Standard orders are shipped with PostNL Standard Shipping. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and apply after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

To start a return, email info@perceive-official.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised. It may also not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Retention of title

All products delivered to you remain the property of Perceive Official until all amounts owed under the agreement have been paid in full.

Warranty & conformity

We stand behind the quality of our products. You are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity that applies under Dutch and EU consumer law.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@perceive-official.com and include a description and photographs of the issue where relevant.

Intellectual property

All content on perceive-official.com, including designs, photography, graphics, text and the Perceive brand identity, is owned by Perceive Official or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content from this website may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate and our website functioning correctly. However, temporary errors, inaccuracies or interruptions may occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Perceive Official is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
