ORDERS & SHIPPING

In-stock items leave the studio within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items are screen-printed on demand and take 1–2 weeks before shipping. You'll receive a DPD tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

In-stock items are ready to go and ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items are screen-printed to order in our studio, this takes 1–2 weeks. The product page will always indicate which applies.

Once your order ships, DPD will send you a tracking link by email. You can also track your parcel directly on the Tracking page of our website.

Yes, orders above €100 ship free within the Netherlands. Shipping costs for other regions are calculated at checkout.

PRODUCTS & QUALITY

Every piece is screen-printed in our own studio. We work with premium heavyweight blanks and water-based inks, built to last and built to look sharp.

Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and hang to dry. No tumble dryer. This keeps the print clean and the fabric in shape for years.

Possibly. Some pieces are limited and won't return; others will be restocked. Best thing to do is email us at info@perceive-official.com and we'll let you know what's planned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Send us an email at info@perceive-official.com to get started.

Email us at info@perceive-official.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll walk you through the next steps. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No, sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
