01 - GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through perceive-official.com, operated by Offiziellen wahrnehmen.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
02 - ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
We accept payment via credit and debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment details.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - for example in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll be notified and refunded in full.
An order confirmation email is sent after checkout. Acceptance of your order takes place when it ships.
03 - SHIPPING
In-stock items are processed and shipped via DPD within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items are screen-printed on demand in our studio and take 1–2 weeks before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination - see our Shipping Policy for full details.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
04 - RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email info@perceive-official.com with your order number. Do not send anything back without confirmation from us first. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving the return. For full details, see our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are custom-made to your specifications, clearly personalized, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
05 - RETENTION OF TITLE
All products delivered to you remain the property of Offiziellen wahrnehmen until you have fully paid all amounts owed under the agreement.
06 - WARRANTY & CONFORMITY
We stand by the quality of our goods. Under EU law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity. If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a free repair, replacement, or, if that is not possible, a refund.

07 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on perceive-official.com, including designs, photography, graphics, text, and the Perceive brand identity, is the property of Offiziellen wahrnehmen and protected by copyright. Nothing on this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
08 - LIABILITY
We do our best to keep product information accurate and the website running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Offiziellen wahrnehmen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
09 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or a purchase made through it fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague.
