Processing time

In-stock items are normally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order items are produced in our own studio before shipping. Please allow 5–10 business days production time before your order is handed over to PostNL.

The product page will always indicate when an item is made to order. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed from the next working day.

PostNL Standard Shipping

All standard orders are shipped with PostNL Standard Shipping. Delivery estimates shown above apply after your order has been dispatched.

Made-to-order production time is not included in these delivery estimates.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information by email.

If your tracking does not update for several business days, contact us at info@perceive-official.com and we'll look into it.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges.

These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping outside Europe

We currently offer standard checkout shipping within Europe only.

Shipping to destinations outside Europe may still be possible by arrangement. Contact us at info@perceive-official.com before ordering and we'll check the available options.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@perceive-official.com with your order number.

We'll follow up with the carrier and help you with the next steps.
