PROCESSING TIME

There are two types of orders at Perceive. In-stock items are packed and handed to DPD within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items are screen-printed to order in our own studio, these take 1–2 weeks before shipping.

The product page always makes clear which applies. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

TRACKING

The moment your order ships, DPD will send you a tracking link by email. You can also track your parcel on the Tracking page. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us and we'll look into it.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. Perceive Official has no control over these fees and cannot predict them in advance.

SOMETHING WENT WRONG?

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at info@perceive-official.com with your order number. We'll follow up with DPD and get back to you. We can't be held responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen.
