WHAT WE ACCEPT
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. No exceptions on condition, if it's been worn, we can't take it back.
Sale and discounted items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Send an email to info@perceive-official.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or item? We'll do our best to make it happen, mention it in your email and we'll let you know what's in stock. If we can't do an exchange, we'll refund you instead.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error on our end.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If you received something that's damaged or not what you ordered, we're sorry that shouldn't happen. Email us at info@perceive-official.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
